Our centers are staffed by a multidisciplinary, multi-specialty team of board-certified sleep specialists who evaluate and treat Insomnia, Snoring, Daytime Sleepiness, Sleep Apnea, Narcolepsy, Shift Work Difficulties, Restless Legs, Periodic Limb Movements and Circadian Rhythm Disorders. Our team includes specialists from the fields of neurology, psychiatry, internal medicine, pediatrics, and includes a team of dentists for the treatment of sleep apnea. We provide a continuum of care approach or a ‘one-stop sleep health shop.’ This approach provides a seamless, coordinated model of care for our patients.

Because sleep disorders and sleep apnea have more than one cause, we offer more than one treatment, however the only treatment you’ll get from us is the one that suits you or your patient the best. Our board-certified sleep medicine physicians use their vast experience, the latest research, latest technology and advances in clinically proven medicine to support you or your patient in their care.

Our CPAP alternative treatment options for obstructive sleep apnea include:

We also treat over 80 sleep disorders, which may include the following as part of an overall treatment plan.

Consider lifestyle changes

Our doctors will suggest that you try to improve your sleep habits. Making simple changes in your lifestyle dramatically often improves the quality of your sleep. Changes in diet and fitness could lead to a healthier lifestyle that can decrease the risk of sleep apnea. Additionally, cognitive behavior therapy can vastly enhance issues with some sleep disorders, including insomnia.

Take prescribed medications

Sometimes medications may help to alleviate insomnia or other sleep problems. Our physicians will determine if this may be a good option for you.

Surgery

While surgery is often the last resort, we may refer you to an evaluation by an ENT physician or if obesity or weight loss is a concern, a bariatric physician or surgeon, as these may be the most effective options at solving your sleep problems.

And of course successful treatment doesn’t end at the actual moment of treatment. Our staff will continue to monitor your progress, and adjust and refine if necessary. We’re right there for you before, during and after.
